Who is responsible for your information
Patenaude MMA & Kickboxing (Arts Martiaux Patenaude Gatineau), 306 rue Notre-Dame, Gatineau (QC) J8P 1K8.
The person responsible for the protection of personal information is Patrick Marcil, owner of the academy.
For any question or request about your information: (819) 663-9929.
What we collect
When you fill in the intro or contact form: your name, your email, your phone number, the program you are interested in, who the class is for, and the message you write.
With each submission we also record the date, the form language and your IP address. This is used to block automated submissions.
Like any website, our server keeps a technical log of visits (IP address, page requested, browser). It is used for security and troubleshooting.
Why we collect it
To call you back, set the time of your intro class and answer your questions. That is all.
We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not use it for advertising without your consent.
Who has access
The academy staff who make the callbacks. Our web host, where the requests are stored, only handles them to keep the site running.
Confirmation emails are sent through an email delivery service (Resend), which may process your name and email address outside Quebec.
The Contact page shows a Google Maps map. When it loads, Google receives your IP address, as on any site that displays a map.
If the class is for your child
You, the parent or guardian, fill in the form. We do not ask children for any information directly.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to follow up on your request and, if you sign up, to manage your membership. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, withdraw your consent or have it deleted. Send your request to the responsible person named above. The law gives us 30 days to answer.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you can contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS end to end. Requests we receive are not publicly accessible, and only the people who need them to call you back have access.
Analytics
If you accept, we use Google Analytics to count visits and learn which pages are useful. Google may process this data outside Quebec.
Without your consent, no analytics cookie is set. You can decline or change your mind at any time with the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page.
